Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services, we will reach out to you to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through our entire process.
Setup Customer Portal
After the initial cleanup is scheduled, you will be able to activate your customer portal where you can manage your Poo Patrol services.
Setup Payment Method
Billing occurs on the 1st of every month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a credit/debit card. Once setup, Poo Patrol will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. All information can be seen through your own customer portal once signed up for services.

What To Expect
Arrival Notifications
If you choose, you will receive a notification through text or email 30-60 minutes before we arrive.
Yard Cleaning
We will clean your yard as if it’s our own, ensuring thorough cleanliness.
Safety Measures
Once your yard is clean, your service provider will upload a photo of your closed gate for peace of mind. We will sanitize all equipment and footwear to prevent spreading of illnesses or bacteria.
Pet Waste Disposal
We will either dispose of your pet waste in your own bins or take waste with us depending on service plan selected.
